I bought my three-year old nephew a sleeveless souvenir shirt from Boracay. When I arrived home, I showed it to him immediately. He was very excited. He changed into the shirt right then and there. The timing was right since he and his mother were going to run some errands so his mother got him shorts that was more suitable for wearing outside. However, he did not want the shorts his mother gave him. He was looking at my luggage and said, “Shorts.” I was perplexed until his mother explained that he was waiting for the matching shorts to his t-shirt. Hahaha! Unfortunately for my nephew, auntie did not buy him shorts, although, he really waited for some time for me to produce the anticipated matching shorts from my luggage. It took awhile before he understood that auntie only bought the t-shirt. At least now I know that next time I’ll buy him a shirt, I shall buy him shorts also.

I envy how our librarian looks now. She is very slim. I was surprised when I came back after almost a year of absence and saw how slim she had become. I asked her advice on what the best weight loss supplement was and she told me a tea product. I have not tried it yet because I always forget to buy. She advised me to start it on a weekend because at first your body has to constantly release the toxins. For these things, it is more comfortable to stay at home.

I read an article in the internet about losing weight. It featured weight loss drinks and I was surprised to read that drinking a lot of water can help you lose weight. The writer was saying around that one should drink between eight to twelve glasses of water. He also said that yogurt-based fruit smoothies can also help one lose weight because it can make you feel full already. He mentioned drinks that should be avoided like artificial fruit juices and blended coffee drinks because they are full of sugar. After reading the article, I try to drink eight glasses of water although there are days that I fall short of this goal.

Products nowadays compete not only with the contents of the product but also with the packaging. Products with packaging that can attract the customers are easier to sell. Moreover, there are companies that have signature unique packaging. Of course, it is not only the packaging but effective point of purchase displays also count. The more your product catches the eye and leaves a brand recall, the more brisk your are your sales.

We have also started becoming more serious with exercising. Before it was jogging then we tried aerobics and now we are into playing badminton. I hope that we can really sustain these exercises also.

People are becoming more and more obsessed with their weight. Many are always on the lookout for diet pills that work so that they can lose weight with the least effort. Although there are diet pills that can really help you lose those pounds initially, it is important to also switch to a more healthy diet and start an exercise regimen. With diet and exercise, you can already maintain your figure after you have discontinued the use of the diet pills.

It is comforting to see the porch lights on when you arrive home at night. There is no need to feel your way through your door lock and the corresponding key. It is now common for people living alone to install a device to automatically turn on the lights once it gets dark. Not only is it comforting to see lights shining brightly to welcome you home but it is much safer also because you there would be no unknown persons lurking around.

If you are trying to lose weight and are thinking of the best way to do it, then checking your options would be the way to start. When you have settled on, for example, apidexin, then reading apidexin reviews would be the next step for you. There are a lot of pills, teas and supplements available in the market to help lose weight. What works for one person may not work for you so it is better to do your research first. However, you should consult your doctor, especially if you have allergies or diseases like hypertension, diabetes or liver problems, on the best way to lose those extra pounds.

Cash or Kind?

Nowadays, most people, especially, couples prefer gifts to be in cash rather than in kind. Usually cash or check come in RedEnvelope gifts. I think this is a Chinese custom. Giving money is more practical and useful because the person can buy what he or she needs unlike when giving a thing the person might not appreciate. On the other hand, it takes away the thrill or mystery of receiving a gaily wrapped gift. On the part of the giver, the enjoyment of thinking and choosing the perfect gift is also lost. Well, it’s a case to case basis. If you know what the person wants, then you can make the effort to buy a gift but there are also circumstances wherein a bridal couple will relocate to another country after the wedding, then giving cash would be the way to go.

Little Boy and His Toys

Our sala is littered with my nephew’s toys. I bought him books and flash cards but so far he’s only interested in colouring the illustrations in the back of the card with yellow-coloured crayon. His favourite toys are balls, different sizes and colours. He loves to shoot balls on his ring and he also tries to tee off with his plastic golf set. While playing, he wants the television switched on to Disney channel. Sometimes it seems like he’s not paying attention to the TV but then he’ll suddenly dance, trying to imitate the character. It’s hilarious watching him dance. Ahh… to be young and innocent again…
