I really have fun during our Taekwondo classes. Our teacher makes us do different kinds of exercise. Some are more taxing than the others but they fun to do. Last week I was very surprised when he made us practice jumping on the trampoline. I have never done it before so I found myself enjoying it so much. Sometimes the teacher makes us do different hopping or stepping exercises on five blocks arranged in a single line. These exercises are the ones I find very hard to do. I easily lose my breath. We have not tried Kettlebell yet but we had a game of dodge ball as part the exercise. It is really exciting to attend Taekwondo classes because you never know what will happen every time.
