It is not advisable to wear high heels anymore. Also, there are sandals with soles that are not slip resistant, making it dangerous to walk on polished and slippery floors, like the floors in our church. Once, I almost slipped and fell, good thing I was able to hold on to the pew. It would have been another very embarrassing experience.
